Senior Pharmacy Technician

About the role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with valuable clients.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, assist in pharmacy operations including reviewing prescriptions, ensuring accuracy, entering patient and drug data, and supporting pharmacists with dispensing and clinical services.
• Handle cash register transactions, process third-party claims, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support pharmacy workflow, monitor KPIs, and foster relationships with healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and assist with clinical services and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires PTCB or ExCPT certification.
• Minimum one year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Obtain immunization certification if needed.

Preferred skills include prior retail pharmacy experience, basic math and PC skills, and knowledge of inventory control.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $20.50 to $27.50 per hour, based on skills and location.
