About the Job
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team. From talent acquisition to compensation, you'll dive deep into our critical workflows, emerging as the directly accountable owner for key People Programs. With your strong foundation in project management, a keen understanding of data analysis, and ability to build trust across the business, you will drive program initiatives, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
- You have an insanely high execution bar and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward.
- Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
