Senior People & Culture Generalist
About the role
The Senior People & Culture Generalist at Greenfield Global is responsible for providing comprehensive support to employees across multiple sites. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide P&C service delivery to staff, handling employment-related inquiries and assisting with policies and procedures.
- Conduct 30, 60, and 90-Day Reviews to enhance retention and employee satisfaction.
- Manage employment verifications and maintain records in compliance with state and federal standards.
- Coordinate employee life cycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding, and process changes through HRIS systems.
- Support annual performance reviews, compensation analysis, and talent assessments.
- Administer recognition programs and assist with terminations, ADA accommodations, and unemployment claims.
- Maintain employment authorization documentation and ensure compliance with HR laws and company policies.
- Manage site communications and conduct new hire orientation sessions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee and manager experience.
Requirements
This role demands a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with 4+ years of human resources generalist experience. A human resources certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred, along with experience with HRIS systems like Dayforce.

Base salary is dependent on experience and performance.
