The People & Culture Coaching & Advisory team provides timely guidance and support to leaders and employees on a wide range of people matters. Working closely with People & Culture partners and the business, the team helps ensure consistent, policy-aligned decision-making while supporting a positive employee experience. As a People & Culture Advisor, Coaching & Advisory, you provide practical, employee-centered coaching and guidance to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle. Working within a team-based support model, you manage people matters from intake through resolution, balancing employee experience, business needs, policy requirements, and risk considerations. You partner closely with stakeholders across People & Culture to ensure seamless support, appropriate escalation of complex issues, and consistent outcomes. You also help strengthen leader capability, improve employee experiences, and identify opportunities to enhance processes, resources, and ways of working.
