About the role
Eftsure is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support the expansion of our Dallas office. Reporting to the VP People & Culture in Sydney, you will be the first dedicated People & Culture team member in the US, focusing on the employee experience and scaling HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Support managers with probation reviews, performance processes, employee relations matters, and people-related decisions
- Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices
- Manage and improve HR processes as the business scales
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain Eftsure's strong culture
- Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding activities for new hires
- Act as the key point of contact for the Dallas office, ensuring a positive workplace experience
- Manage office operations including workplace setup, equipment coordination, office supplies, and facilities relationships
- Support remote employees by coordinating equipment, workspace needs, and day-to-day operational requirements
- Roll up your sleeves to handle practical tasks that keep the office running smoothly
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in HR, People & Culture, or a similar people-focused role
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement
- Willing to have difficult conversations when required and balance empathy with business needs
- Enjoy both strategic people work and hands-on operational tasks
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a growing environment
- Loving creating positive workplace experiences and understanding their impact on employee engagement
Qualifications
- Experience supporting a distributed or multi-state workforce is advantageous
- Experience with HR systems such as HiBob is a bonus
