Senior Pega Software Engineer

What's the Job?

Build and support highly critical business processes within the Provider Pega platform. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and design to define requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in architectural design, system analysis, and programming activities, often conducting independent research. Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry best practices, including test-driven development and automation frameworks.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience designing and developing scalable and secure Pega applications, with healthcare or customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in developing and deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Certification as a PEGA Senior Systems Architect; Lead System Architect certification is a significant plus
• Strong expertise in Pega platform components such as Case Management, Data Management & Integration, Decision Management, and Security
