Senior Professional Civil Engineer / Project Manager, Public Works – Jacksonville

About the Role

Halff has an immediate opening in our Jacksonville office for a Senior Professional Civil Engineer with approximately 10 or more years of experience in serving on Public Works Civil Engineering Design and infrastructure projects. This position requires strong client communication skills, solid background in public sector infrastructure design projects, and skilled in project management of consultant design projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects that are on schedule, on budget, and high quality
• Promote business development and manage client relationships
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Act as a servant leader, focusing on quality, integrity, and success
• Design infrastructure projects such as roadway, trails, drainage, water/sewer, or land development

Requirements

• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License - Civil
• Proven ability to lead projects
• Business development and client management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Self-directed yet a team player
• Focused on quality, integrity, and success
• Experience leading infrastructure design projects

Qualifications
