Senior PCVD Equipment Engineer

Role: Senior PVD/CVD Equipment Engineer focusing on safety, quality, and process improvement in semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities Install, qualify, and maintain PVD/CVD equipment in a cleanroom environment.Analyze data, troubleshoot, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and document equipment performance.Collaborate with process engineers to resolve hardware issues impacting production.Manage projects to address equipment deficiencies and implement improvements.Establish vendor relations to ensure optimal equipment performance.Develop and execute Total Productive Maintenance strategies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with PCVD equipment as Equipment Owner or equivalent military/industry experience.BSc or higher in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.Hands-on semiconductor fab maintenance experience. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Data Science, Programming, and AI workflows. This is an onsite role based in Boise, Idaho, dedicated to advancing semiconductor technology through innovative manufacturing processes.
