Preferred Experience Of The Senior Payroll Specialist Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Management5–7+ years of hands-on payroll processing experienceStrong understanding of multijurisdictional payroll tax laws and regulationsWorking knowledge of accounting principles related to payrollDemonstrated ability to audit and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and complianceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively #INAUG2026
