As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll collaborate with pharmacy professionals and cross-functional partners to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues—helping us deliver on our promise of trusted care and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to investigate medication errors and identify root causes
- Conduct quality audits and deliver actionable feedback to agents and managers
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update training documentation
- Report findings and drive action plans to improve service levels
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ASHP) and state registration
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience investigating medication errors
- Proficiency in interpreting quality data and generating reports
- Experience recommending and implementing process improvements in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills for delivering feedback and collaborating with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Assessing training programs and customer service levels in a production, sales, or customer service environment
- Lead pharmacy technician experience
- Providing performance feedback or on-the-job training
- Walmart Retail Pharmacy (Pharmacy Only) experience

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $25.60 - $38.40. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
