Senior Partner Technical Enablement Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Partner Technical Enablement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on building the technical enablement foundation that helps partners confidently position, demonstrate, and support the company’s cloud security solutions. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear partner-ready assets, workshops, and training experiences that improve readiness and accelerate adoption. The position will partner closely with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, strengthen partner performance, and measure the impact of enablement programs across the ecosystem. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $136,000 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities Create technical enablement resources aligned with the company’s product priorities. Transform technical product details into partner-ready materials. Enable partners to confidently conduct demos and trials. Identify and fill technical readiness gaps independently. Collaborate with teams to convert internal content for partner use. Deliver engaging training through various channels. Support accreditation programs across the partner ecosystem. Equip internal teams with tools for effective partner interactions. Gather feedback to enhance partner content and training programs. Measure the impact of enablement initiatives on partner success. Qualifications 5+ years in partner enablement or technical roles in SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity. Strong foundational knowledge in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS. Experience creating technical content for partners or customers. Familiarity with technical sales methods like demos and trials. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for practical use.
