About the role

Nerdio is seeking an energetic and organized Senior Partner Marketing Specialist to drive joint marketing initiatives across our partner ecosystem. This is a hands-on execution role at the center of partner program delivery — responsible for turning partner marketing strategy into action, from webinars and campaigns to portal content and performance reporting. The Senior Partner Marketing Specialist partners closely with Channel and Partner Development to keep partner-facing programs running smoothly and on brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, content management, and cross-functional collaboration, and who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Channel and Partner Development teams to plan and execute joint marketing programs that strengthen and scale the Nerdio partner ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships with high-potential partner GTM teams, aligning on shared goals, priorities, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the Nerdio Partner Portal with current content, training materials, and campaign assets.
  • Support partner event strategy and execution, including pre-event planning, logistics, shipping, and post-event reporting.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging webinars for partners and customers, from scheduling, speaker prep, and platform setup to promotion and post-event follow-up.
  • Assist with creating and managing partner-facing marketing assets, including email campaigns, monthly partner newsletters, presentations, and other collateral that drives partner engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Manage day-to-day partner communications to ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Track and report on partner marketing metrics, maintaining dashboards and compiling performance summaries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, channel, and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing or Desktop as a Service.
  • Experience working with MSPs, VARs, or technology partners.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country marketing programs.
  • Basic understanding of partner lifecycle management and GTM motions.
  • Webinar and virtual event platform experience.
  • Comfort using AI and other emerging technologies, and a mindset geared toward evolving how we work — helping create a better partner and through-partner sales experience.

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 USD per year (Remote, United States)
