Senior Partner Development Manager, Amazon Stores Agency Program
About the role
The Amazon Stores Agency Program is a partner program within our Selling Partner Services organization that cultivates and grows partner relationships (Agencies, Developers and VC Firms) influencing their propensity to evangelize the Amazon brand with prospective selling partners. Through this program, we provide a structured process to grow and maintain these relationships, as well as actively ingest seller / brand leads from external partners in a scalable way.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop external partner relationships that drive valuable seller / brand referrals to Amazon's Seller Services organization, positively impacting selection in Amazon stores.
- Recruit and maintain a portfolio of agency and solution provider relationships that drive valuable seller / brand referrals to Amazon sales teams.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of high value relationships, while executing business development strategies to secure new seller and brand referral pipelines that will exceed acquisition and output goals.
Requirements
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal.
- 2+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
Skills
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $113,100.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually.
