We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Keep all substantive info. We need to parse the description. Key sections: - Description: "Providence is calling a Senior Paralegal- Labor & Employment Department. This position will provide professional legal support to the Department of Legal Affairs ("DLA") attorneys generally and/or in a specific practice area or across practice areas. This position will be responsible for the coordination, provision, and completion of various legal support tasks as outlined below or requested by a supervising attorney in support of Providence St. Joseph Health's various operations within its operating footprint. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Providence Strategic And Management Services and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them." That's about the role/intro. Then "Labor & Employment" bullet list of duties. Then "Required Qualifications" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then "Salary Range by Location:" with location-specific ranges. Then "Why Join Providence?" paragraph about benefits. Then "About Providence" paragraph. Then "Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates..." (redundant with salary range). Then "Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package..." details. Then "Applicants in the Unincorporated County of Los Angeles: ..." (EEO/fair chance) - we should drop as boilerplate. Then "About The Team" paragraph. Then "Providence is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." drop. Then "Requsition ID: 459856 Company: Providence Jobs Job Category: Legal Job Function: Legal/Compliance/Risk Job Schedule: Full time Job Shift: Day Career Track: Technical/Skilled Support Department: 4007 SS LEGAL OPERATIONS Address: OR Portland 4400 NE Halsey St Work Location: Providence Health Plaza (HR) Bldg 2-Portland Workplace Type: Hybrid Pay Range: $40.11 - $62.27 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities." We need to include Pay and Schedule sections if present. Pay: we have salary ranges and pay range. Schedule: we have Job Schedule: Full time, Job Shift: Day, Workplace Type: Hybrid. So we can include Schedule section with those details. Benefits: we have "Why Join Providence?" and later benefits description. So we can include Benefits section. Skills: maybe not explicit; we could omit if no specific skills listed. There's no explicit skills list besides qualifications. So we may omit Skills. Requirements vs Qualifications: The posting has Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We could combine into Requirements (maybe Required) and Qualifications (Preferred). Or we could have Requirements (Required) and Qualifications (Preferred). We'll follow typical: Requirements = Required Qualifications, Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. Responsibilities: the bullet list under Labor & Employment. About the role: the introductory paragraphs. Now we need to format as HTML fragment: use

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. We'll drop requisition ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities, qualifications, salary ranges, benefits, schedule, etc. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, duplicated lines. We need to remove duplicated lines: e.g., "The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities." appears twice; we should include only once. Also "Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package..." appears; we should include that. Now craft sections:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph, the Unincorporated County of Los Angeles statement, the "About The Team" paragraph? Actually "About The Team" is substantive about Providence Shared Services; we could include it maybe under About the role or a separate section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. "About The Team" is specific content about the team. Could be included as a section maybe "About the Team". But we only have allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not "About the Team". So we should not create a new heading outside list. We could fold that content into About the role or maybe Benefits? Better to incorporate into About the role as additional prose. Let's add a paragraph after the intro about the team. Thus About the role section will include the intro plus the About The Team paragraph. Let's extract About The Team: "Providence Shared Services is a service line within Providence that provides a variety of functional and system support services for our family of organizations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. We are focused on supporting our Mission by delivering a robust foundation of services and sharing of specialized expertise." We'll add that as a paragraph. Now ensure we didn't include any duplicated lines. We included salary range bullet list and the note about additional compensation once. Check for any other boilerplate: "Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities." This is similar to the pay note; we already have note about additional compensation. The first sentence about placement based on experience is substantive; we should keep it. Let's add a paragraph under Pay maybe before the list: "The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and
