The Senior Paralegal, Corporate provides experienced, largely self-directed paralegal support to the Deputy General Counsel and Legal function across litigation and claims, contracts, records management, legal operations, corporate governance, and entity management. This is a role for a seasoned paralegal, who is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal day-to-day supervision. The role is scoped for someone who can be assigned new and varied projects, identify the steps and stakeholders necessary to move the work forward, and take matters from intake through completion. Scope boundary: This role does not provide legal advice, exercise independent legal judgment on matters of significance, or represent the company in any legal capacity. All work is performed under the supervision and direction of licensed counsel. This is an onsite role in our global headquarters in Providence, UT.
