About the Role

PlanetArt is looking for a Senior Paid Search Marketing Manager to support the company's Marketing Department. This is a hybrid position requiring you to be local to or willing to relocate to the Pleasanton area (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the paid search results for a selection of PlanetArt businesses.
• Optimize and grow campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to maximize revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Initiate and execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to achieve maximum ROI.
• Manage campaign expenses and stay on budget.
• Optimize landing pages and the sales funnel.
• Work closely with our dedicated Google account team and test new Google Betas to stay at the cutting edge of Search Engine Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing paid search marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Excellent understanding of marketing and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
• Regular, continuous use of a computer is required.
• Regular sitting and standing, as well as interaction with team members via in-person, phone, Zoom, Slack, or email.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Wednesday, Friday).

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 annual salary.
