We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? Actually we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: About Us (company description), Our Mission (maybe not needed), The Role (description), Who we are looking for (maybe qualifications), What you'll do (responsibilities), What you'll need (requirements/qualifications), Compensation (pay), Benefits & Perks (benefits). No schedule info. So we should include sections: About the role? Actually "About the role" could be the description of the role (The Role). But we have "About Us" separate. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. We should remove boilerplate (EEO, privacy notice, etc). Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include content about company mission? Possibly under "About the role"? Not exactly. The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. So we can include sections like About the role (maybe from "The Role" paragraph), Responsibilities (from "What you'll do"), Requirements (from "What you'll need"), Qualifications (maybe overlapping with Requirements? Could combine), Skills (maybe from "Who we are looking for" or "What you'll need"), Benefits (from Benefits & Perks), Pay (from Compensation). Schedule: none, so omit. We also have "About Us" and "Our Mission" which could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could include an "About the company" section? Not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add extra headings like About Us. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we could embed About Us and Our Mission within the "About the role" section? That might be inaccurate but maybe acceptable. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. So we should map content accordingly. Thus we need to create sections: -

About the role

: include description of the role: The Honest Company is looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist, Retail Media ... plus maybe mission? Could include the role description and maybe company overview? But "About the role" should be about the role, not company. However we have "About Us" and "Our Mission" which are company info. Could we put them under About the role? Might be stretching but we need to preserve info. Perhaps we can include a brief paragraph about the company under About the role as context. It's not ideal but better than dropping info. Alternatively, we could create a section "About the role" containing the role description, and then maybe another section "About the company"? Not allowed. But maybe we can treat "About Us" as part of "About the role" because it's about the company where the role sits. I'd go with that. Responsibilities: from "What you'll do:" bullet list (though it's paragraph with sentences). We'll convert each sentence into
  • items. Requirements: from "What you'll need:" bullet list (also sentences). We'll convert to
  • . Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we could separate: Qualifications could be education and years experience etc. But we can just put same content under Requirements and maybe not include Qualifications if duplicate. However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they ask to use headings for each. We could include both but ensure they have content. We could put education and years under Qualifications, and skills/experience under Requirements. Let's parse: What you'll need: - Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of experience managing retail media or performance marketing for a CPG company or at an agency - Proven track record of driving sales velocity, household penetration, and retail growth outcomes - Deep expertise across retail media platforms, particularly Amazon Ads and also including but not limited to Walmart Connect and Target Roundel - Strong understanding of performance metrics tied to business goals - Experience with Mixed Media Model platforms, incrementality testing, and clean room environments - Experience partnering with other teams to create strong assets and content that drive clicks and sales on retail channels - Experience partnering with external media agency and cross functional teams - Deep knowledge of industry trends, platform trends and competitive positioning in the CPG industry We could split: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years experience. Requirements: the rest (skills, expertise). Skills: maybe deep expertise, understanding metrics, experience with MMM, partnering, knowledge of trends. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide to have three sections: Requirements (includes education+experience+skills), Benefits, Pay. And maybe About the role and Responsibilities. That's four sections. We'll omit Qualifications and Skills separate to avoid thin. Thus sections:

    About the role

: include company overview and role description.

    Responsibilities

: list from What you'll do.

    Requirements

: list from What you'll need.

    Benefits

: list from Benefits & Perks.

    Pay

: include compensation range and note about total rewards. We'll exclude Schedule. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO statement, privacy notice, contact info for accommodation, etc. Also remove "Please note: Benefits offerings may vary..." maybe keep as part of benefits? It's a note; we could keep but it's not substantive? It's a note about variability; we could keep as part of benefits paragraph. But instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The benefits note is not exactly legal but it's a disclaimer; maybe keep? It's not EEO. It's a note about benefits varying; could be considered minor metadata; but we can keep as part of benefits section as a short paragraph. Also remove "California Privacy Rights Notice..." etc. Remove all that. Also remove "We appreciate your interest in employment with The Honest Company!" opening line? That's generic; could be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. Might be okay to keep? It's just a greeting. Might be considered filler; but we can drop as it's not substantive about role. Safer to drop. Also drop "For more information about the Honest Standard and the Company, please visit www.honest.com." That's a link; maybe drop as it's not substantive? Could be considered minor metadata. We'll drop. Also drop "Our Mission" section? Might be considered substantive about company values; we could incorporate into About the role. Now craft HTML. We'll need to wrap content in

    for prose,

    • for lists. Let's draft:
