About the role
We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead our digital advertising strategy and execution. In this role, you will oversee paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize performance, and drive measurable results for our clients. This is a key leadership position within our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee campaign setup, targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend aligns with business objectives and KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns with budgets exceeding $50K/month.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, Skai) and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.

Pay
$90,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
- Full-time role (40 hours/week).
- Core hours: 9 AM – 3 PM (EST) for collaboration; flexible outside these hours.
- Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office (New York, NY) and 2 days remote.
