Responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise imaging applications, including Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), DICOM and HL7 integrations, image exchange platforms, and post-processing applications. Provides production support to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of imaging systems used across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation: Evaluate project requests, conduct current state assessments, gather and define requirements, design and build applications, and deploy projects.
  • Project Management: Prepare detailed project plans, lead application teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintenance, Support and Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets, coordinate software and hardware patches, and develop and maintain documentation for system procedures.
  • Administrative: Log hours for project-related work, utilize ALM Quality Center system, and attend various meetings.
  • Production Support and Maintenance: Provide on-call support, ensure system integrity and stability, and perform daily checklists for servers and services.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of work-related experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Direct experience related to same or similar systems installed at Children's.
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Enterprise App Analysts must demonstrate competency in software used in their role.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include possession or ability to achieve Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) from the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII) within six months.
