Senior Packaging Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Support packaging projects from development through implementation
- Develop and maintain packaging specifications
- Cook up and lead production-line trials
- Conduct lab testing and evaluate results
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
- Manage project timelines and communicate results, risks, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvement, innovation, and sustainability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of packaging industry experience
- Experience with flexible films, folding cartons, and corrugated packaging
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal and external teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Creative, innovative, adaptable, and quick to learn
- Food industry experience preferred; confectionery or candy packaging experience is a plus

Compensation Range
$85,000–$127,000
