Key Responsibilities

  • Support packaging projects from development through implementation
  • Develop and maintain packaging specifications
  • Cook up and lead production-line trials
  • Conduct lab testing and evaluate results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
  • Manage project timelines and communicate results, risks, and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvement, innovation, and sustainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of packaging industry experience
  • Experience with flexible films, folding cartons, and corrugated packaging
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across internal and external teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Creative, innovative, adaptable, and quick to learn
  • Food industry experience preferred; confectionery or candy packaging experience is a plus

Compensation Range

$85,000–$127,000
