Senior Organizational Design and Change Management Strategist

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational diagnostics to assess factors affecting new systems adoption
• Lead facilitated sessions such as workshops and focus groups to gather insights
• Develop metrics to track organizational health and change effectiveness
• Translate diagnostic findings into actionable change management strategies
• Collaborate across functions to clarify roles and accountability for change adoption
• Design structures and governance models to facilitate change management
• Present findings to senior stakeholders in a constructive manner
• Monitor indicators of risk to inform proactive change interventions

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for Public Trust and Agency Clearance
• Master’s degree in relevant field plus 10 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience within FAA or aviation-related organizations is highly valued
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops that yield actionable outcomes
• Strong track record of translating complex findings for senior audiences with clarity and diplomacy
• High emotional intelligence and capability to influence without authority

Pay

$110,000 – $160,000 annually
