Senior Oracle Data Warehouse

Position type: Full-time, Contract (12 months with high possibilities of extension)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

New resource will act as a member of the GWBARS development team, part of the GTS Data Technology platform. Replacement resources will be funded through Initiative funding.

Responsibilities

• Design systems with minimal direction or guidance
• Partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
• Handle large data volumes and perform performance tuning
• Apply expertise in Oracle/Exadata, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and ETL processing concepts
• Demonstrate business acumen with knowledge of the Payment domain (both internationally and in the US)

Requirements

• 15+ years of total experience as a Developer
• Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
• Excellent analytical and logical skills
• Self-starter with thought leadership
• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, and Dimensional Data Modeling
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
• Experience in ETL processing concepts

Pay

Pay Range: $62 - $65 per hour (offered to a successful candidate will be based on education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.)
