About the role

The Senior or Staff Product Manager will lead the development and execution of omnichannel integration strategies, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on product strategy

  • Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Experience with omnichannel integration and digital transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of data analytics and user experience principles

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually

Schedule
