About the role
The Senior or Staff Product Manager will lead the development and execution of omnichannel integration strategies across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this role will be responsible for defining product vision, managing cross-functional teams, and driving successful launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omnichannel integration strategies that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration across various channels.
- Lead the definition and prioritization of product features and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive product launches through planning, coordination, and communication with internal and external partners.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in an omnichannel environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product development and launch processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications
