Senior Operations Warehouse Swing Shift Manager - USA Parkway

Tellworks, a growing 3PL provider, is seeking a Senior Manager for its USA Parkway location. The role involves developing and leading a team to manage employee performance, inventory, transportation, quality, accuracy, and timely deliveries, while fostering a culture of safety, respectful team development, creative problem solving, and strict housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and managing a comprehensive facility strategy by shaping requirements, assessing deliverables, and utilizing resources to eliminate process problems
• Analyze processes and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Drive continuous improvements to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding warehouse capabilities
• Review and prepare action plans ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met
• Responsible for production and sequencing operations of the entire plant/shift
• Serve as a non‑production‑floor leader: observing, analyzing, questioning, discussing, teaching, learning, and leading others to continually improve operational performance
• Ensure all new employees are properly onboarded, completing required paperwork and following a structured training schedule
• Act as a role model for the department in support of corporate mission, vision, and values

Qualifications

• 8+ years leadership experience managing a high daily‑volume facility
• 8+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success as a supervisor, shift manager, or operations manager
• Experience in all aspects of warehouse management: Inbound, Put Away, Shipping, Transportation, Inventory Management, and Returns
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Lean Six Sigma experience and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience preferred
