Warehouse Manager - Swing Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and managing a team of warehouse associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and train warehouse associates to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to optimize storage space and reduce waste.
• Resolve issues and conflicts among team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with warehouse management software systems.
• Knowledge of HAZMAT regulations and handling procedures.
