At RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, 185,000 great minds are united by purpose and inspired to make a difference solving the world’s most complex problems. With our three market leading businesses, world-class operations and investments in research and development, we offer capabilities and opportunity no one else can. Together, we push the boundaries of known science and find new ways to connect and protect our world.

The Integrated Solutions, Modeling, and Architecture (ISMA) directorate assesses, develops, and evaluates solution architectures for our customers’ largest, most complex challenges across all the operational domains. In the Operations and Mission Analysis Department you’ll be part of a special team that analyzes the world’s most challenging threats and helps define new capabilities to counter them, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and leading the industry in operational modeling and simulation using our purpose-built software.

As a member in the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Analysis Section, you will be joining a team of high-performing engineers focused on using modeling and simulating tools to conduct analysis on current and future integrated systems including sensors, effectors, command and control capabilities, to support the development of next generation of CONOPS for countering peer competitor threats across the operational domains. Our team’s efforts include conducting analysis at the campaign, mission and system level based on our warfighting customer requirements.
