Senior Operations Research Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Cook up efforts with NAVIFOR and SURFOR TYCOMs, as well as associated NAVWAR and PEO C4I stakeholders relative to C5I systems onboard Navy ships, utilizing the Navy modernization process (to include planning, installs, testing and training) of those systems.
- Coordinate, monitor and track coordination of installation of C5I capabilities on Navy ships specific to Project Overmatch.
- Actively participate in meetings, support training and testing events, provide innovative ideas/solutions, certification related functions, and complete task rated deliverables as they pertain to the continued development, growth, and use of Overmatch systems.
- Provide briefs to ship's crew, operational staffs and Flag Level leadership on capabilities of NAVWAR C5I systems and Project Overmatch objectives.
- Work with Navy C5I systems to include but not limited to Navy Multi-Band Terminal, HF systems, Command and Control Processor, CEC, Link 16, and ADNS.
- Train ships and crews and staffs on key Overmatch installs as it relates to critical phases of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test.
- Experience with Navy training and integration across all phases of the OFRP for individual and unit and Task Force level.
- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies.
- AEGIS and/or SSDS Experience (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of various C5I communication systems and experience in network operations across the Navy and Joint Services.
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel 6-12 trips per year with multiple destinations.
- Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task leadership for the Company.
- Top Secret Security Clearance - TS/SCI (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 10 years of relative experience.
- Must be US Citizen.

Schedule
Must be available to travel 6-12 trips per year with multiple destinations.
