We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Program Manager (OPM) to join our globally organized Operations Program Management team. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary Operations representative and project leader for New Product Development and Introduction (NPD/NPI) programs, acting as the voice of Operations across cross-functional program teams. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Sales, and Operations stakeholders to ensure new products are developed, launched, and transitioned into manufacturing with long-term, sustainable success. Whether manufacturing is in-house or subcontracted, you will be the key relationship owner and driver of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all Operations tasks and responsibilities across assigned NPI programs from inception through successful product launch.

  • Identify, vet, and manage new and existing suppliers; lead negotiations and engagements with external manufacturers and development partners.
  • Conduct supplier meetings and manage supplier progress relative to new product timelines.
  • Drive and contribute to product design considerations for manufacturability, testability, serviceability, and operational efficiency from project inception through production.

Requirements
