Senior Operations Manager

About the role

Lead and develop managers across multiple operational departments. Drive process improvements and workflow optimization to increase efficiency and productivity. Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Manage employee performance, coaching, and professional development initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, IT, Business Intelligence, and Quality teams. Assist with budget planning, expense management, and operational forecasting. Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive operations management experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience with direct oversight of managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in scaling operations and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS platforms such as Paylocity preferred.
• Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience.

Qualifications and Competencies
