About the role
Technical Support personnel perform Tier 1 customer and contractor service related to program and systems. As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support interacting with customers and contractors, document issues and solutions, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day support interacting with customers and contractors.
- Document issues, solutions, and interactions accurately.
- Answer queries by telephone, email, or within the ticket tracking system.
- Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
- Coordinate with senior staff for recurring issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Required).
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred).
- 1 year of Microsoft Suite experience (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support.

Pay
Target compensation range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Compensation range: $17.65 - $25.05 per hour (USD). Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience.
