About the role

This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage all business functions to help scale the company. The position is full-time, in-person, based in LA and/or Detroit.

Responsibilities

• Scale the company across all business functions
• Stand up new factories
• Lead, inspire, and hire team members
• Manage teams
• Travel as needed
• Execute assigned tasks
• Create new ideas and drive innovation
• Maintain self-autonomy while focusing on exponential growth

Requirements

• Super proficient with AI coding
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent attitude
• Managed finances
• Proven experience scaling a startup from early days to growth stage or IPO
• Managed a team of over 25
• Reported to and supported a CEO or leader within a high-growth company
• Has operated in a similar role
• Has built things that never existed before

$130,000 - $225,000
