About the role
TD Securities is seeking a Senior Options Analyst to join their Operations team. This role is hands-on and primarily responsible for ensuring trade break reconciliation, allocation, and timely clearance for all US option trades. The position also involves partnering with the rest of the TD Securities team to maintain a strong control infrastructure in line with firm and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal/external clients to ensure governance/control requirements are understood and adhered to.
- Develop relationships with applicable members of Operations, Trading, Streetside counterparties, and Technology to ensure partnership and efficient operation and coordination.
- Review records to ensure accuracy and completeness, meeting firm and regulatory standards.
- Monitor controls, review exception reports, and escalate as needed.
- Manage communications to internal/external partners.
- Opportunities to work on projects involving process improvements and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements/Qualifications
- BS/BA degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Broadridge (Primarily BPS and OAES), OCC Encore, Exercise and Assignment Mechanics, WEX (or similar OMS experience), Options Clearing expertise, Equities Clearing expertise as it relates to Options, Equity/Index/Flex Options Knowledge expertise, Prime Brokerage and CMTA clearance and allocations, Options Trade Support/away trading expertise, Options Regulations and reg reporting expertise, Fidessa, AI/Automation expertise.
- Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work late nights and Saturdays as required.

- Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills.
- Demonstrates efficient time management skills and critical thinking.
