Responsibilities

- Develop and evaluate feasibility studies, business cases, and investment proposals. - Provide strategic advice. - Prepare and guide best decision-making processes. - Organize cooperation between public and private stakeholders. - Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities within projects. - Guide projects towards bidding, contract formation, and realization. - Connect technical, financial, legal, and social interests into a coherent approach. - Actively contribute to InEnergie's growth by signaling market opportunities, maintaining relationships, and developing new projects. - Think strategically and advise on InEnergie's strategy and direction. - An accredited HBO or HBO diploma. - At least 7 years of relevant experience in the energy transition, urban development, infrastructure, real estate, or a comparable field. - Experience with the development of district heating networks, WKO systems, integrated energy systems, and/or complex urban developments. - Experience with the preparation and evaluation of business cases, financial assessments, and risk management. - Experience with complex stakeholder processes and decision-making. - Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. - Ability to connect strategy with execution, effectively utilizing internal knowledge within InEnergie. - Excellent communication skills and proficient in Dutch.

Pay and Schedule
