About the role

We are looking for young, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, build something new, and grow with our startup. You will support our team in our main studio in Dreieich and at our clients' studios in Frankfurt, working on a variety of formats ranging from game shows to board meetings, outdoor reports, image films, and classic product presentations.

Your role will involve assisting with live streams, setting up and dismantling diverse TV productions featuring LED walls, show lighting, and hybrid formats. While you’ll engage with all aspects of event technology, your primary responsibility will be sound engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support live streams and hybrid event productions
• Set up and dismantle TV production environments, including LED walls and show lighting
• Take primary responsibility for sound engineering and audio technical support
• Collaborate across all areas of event technology

Requirements

• Interest in media, marketing, events, and especially television
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, structured work approach with high quality standards
• Reliability and the ability to work independently and responsibly
• Team player attitude; basic English skills are a plus
• Willingness to learn and contribute to building something new
