About the role

Join our dynamic team at Lenovo, where you will contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development and talent management strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving talent acquisition and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organizational development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
  • Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to managers on their effectiveness in developing and retaining key employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent management initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes to ensure timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development and talent management roles.
  • Proven track record of successful program development and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with talent management systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in organizational development and talent management.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources.

$75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
