Oversee the continuous operation and enhancement of diverse, multi-site network environments, ensuring maximum uptime and strategic capacity expansion.
Serve as a technical authority in designing future-state network frameworks, focusing on reliability and cutting-edge performance.
Conduct rigorous benchmarking, lab testing, and capacity modeling to minimize latency and ensure seamless scalability across the global fabric.
Lead the diagnosis and remediation of intricate connectivity and performance bottlenecks using creative technical strategies and collaborative troubleshooting.
Develop and deploy custom automated solutions for network provisioning, diagnostic monitoring, and rapid infrastructure deployment.
Partner with hardware and service providers to evaluate emerging technologies and prototype new designs for competitive advantage.

At least 7 years of dedicated experience in network engineering, with a proven track record in low-latency or high-frequency environments.
Comprehensive experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade routers, switches, and security appliances.
Expert-level proficiency in tuning dynamic routing protocols and managing complex multicast environments.
Hands-on experience with EVPN-VXLAN architectures for building robust overlay and underlay networks.
Solid background in managing VPN infrastructure, firewalls, and public-facing internet connectivity.
Deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack with the ability to perform packet-level analysis using industry-standard diagnostic tools.
Advanced scripting and automation skills, specifically utilizing Python and Ansible to manage infrastructure as code.

Direct experience within the financial services or electronic trading sectors.
Exposure to Layer 1 device management and a conceptual understanding of RF network fundamentals.
