Position Overview

We are seeking an on-site Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to play a key role in building and scaling an Azure-native SaaS platform. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will own complex features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor other developers. You will work closely with product, UX, and engineering teams in an in-office, highly collaborative environment focused on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable cloud software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain core SaaS features using .NET / ASP.NET Core
  • Architect and build Azure-native backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular, React, or Blazor
  • Drive technical design and code quality across the full stack
  • Design and optimize multi-tenant SaaS architecture
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID, OAuth2)
  • Build and optimize data access layers using SQL Server and Azure data services
  • Integrate with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Storage
  • Own deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and architectural discussions
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance, security, and reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years of experience in the following areas: Backend & Architecture, Frontend, Azure & Cloud, DevOps & Engineering Practices
  • Expert-level experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
  • Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
  • Solid understanding of microservices, clean architecture, and SOLID principles
  • Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience building scalable, reusable UI components
  • Proven experience building Azure-first SaaS applications
  • Hands-on with: Azure App Service / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus / Event Grid, Azure Storage (Blob, Queue, Table), Azure SQL / SQL Server performance tuning
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM / Bicep / Terraform – nice to have)
  • CI/CD using Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Docker and containerized workloads
  • Strong testing practices (unit, integration, automated tests)
  • Monitoring and logging using Application Insights / Azure Monitor

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS security and isolation
  • Knowledge of CQRS, DDD, or event-driven architecture
  • Exposure to AKS and Kubernetes
  • Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery design
  • Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305)
