Senior .NET Application Developer
Job Description
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- 8 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core development
- 8 years of experience implementing security practices, including secure coding, static code analysis, and data protection/encryption
- 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
- 5 years of experience with automated testing, documentation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and gated deployments
- 8 years of experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- 4 years of experience using code quality and security scanning tools
- 5 years of experience with code branching, merging, and release process optimization
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Experience leading DevOps initiatives in enterprise environments
- Experience automating build and deployment processes
- Experience managing technical debt and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting large-scale data collection and reporting applications
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions
- Experience with cloud technologies and modern software delivery practices
Job Duties
Design and implement scalable DevOps processes to support enterprise application development and deployment
Lead automation, CI/CD, and cloud technology initiatives
Centralize and manage code repositories using GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps
Evaluate and improve coding practices through automated code quality and security scanning tools
Proactively identify, manage, and reduce technical debt
Drive continuous improvement across development and deployment processes
Optimize code branching, merging, and release management strategies
Automate build and deployment workflows to improve operational efficiency
Enhance unit testing and integration testing coverage
Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core
Apply structured and pattern-based development practices for complex business logic implementations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions
