About The Role
Promote the significant advantages of working with Rocket Mortgage. Build rapport with clients to ensure we are identifying the solution that meets their needs. Guide clients in obtaining mortgages by answering their questions, collecting necessary documents, and verifying information. Advise on the home buying or refinance process, providing exceptional client service along the way. Respond to potential inquiries from company-generated prospects. Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- NMLS Licensed
- Sales aptitude with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Empathy and a willingness to connect with clients
- Adaptability and resiliency to industry changes
Sales experience is not required. We provide ongoing sales and industry training.
