About the role
Manages and optimizes the organization's mobile workforce. Ensures the security and efficiency of all mobile applications and devices are running seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and monitors the mobile application performance and integration within the organization’s systems.
- Analyzes and reports statistics on all devices within the organization.
- Maintains and documents current practices, policies, and provides strategic recommendations for improvements and enhanced efficiencies.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide effective IT support.
- Develops and executes test plans to assess infrastructure and systems performance.
- Manages and tracks IT assets life cycles for all mobility devices and platforms.
- Conducts routine security audits and vulnerability assessments on mobile devices and applications.
- Provides advanced support and troubleshooting for mobile device-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of mobile device experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Apple, and Android mobile platforms.
