Senior IT Administrator

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the data loss prevention (DLP) program
• Serve as subject-matter expert for DLP tools and processes
• Administer and improve Nightfall policies for data security
• Manage SquareX Browser Detection and Response tool
• Administer Jamf for endpoint management and patching
• Remediate workstation vulnerabilities with user coordination
• Support software lifecycle management and user provisioning
• Provide backup for Okta administration
• Assist with end-user services like onboarding and ticket support
• Troubleshoot technical issues methodically and communicate progress
• Identify AI solutions to enhance IT processes and secure adoption
• Build relationships across IT, Security, Compliance, and business teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT administration experience
• Strong experience administering Jamf for endpoint support
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for unfamiliar issues
• Proven ownership of operational programs and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical partners
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with low ego
• Curiosity and quick learning of new systems

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
