Merritt Woodwork is a premier luxury woodworking company creating custom interiors for mega-mansions, super-yachts, and high-end properties worldwide. Join our team engineering highly detailed, custom architectural millwork for ultra-luxury projects! We are seeking an experienced Senior Millwork Engineer to develop and oversee engineering solutions for complex architectural millwork, working closely with Project Management, Drafting, Production, Architects, and Clients to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, cost-effective, and meet project requirements from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural millwork or related engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry and millwork construction
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Experience developing engineering details and production-ready solutions
• Strong understanding of materials, hardware, fabrication, and installation
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office Suite
