Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately, meeting customer specifications by selecting appropriate welding methods and performing first-piece inspections. The position involves reading blueprints and welding symbols, and welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel in various positions, including flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of MIG welding/fabrication experience with strong attention to detail and efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining production records, organizing work based on complexity and deadlines, and ensuring correct and quality welds.
