Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a customer-focused manufacturing team. This role requires in-person work in a safe, air-conditioned environment with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.
• Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.
• Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality inspection.
• Maintaining production records to ensure correct quantities.
• Organizing work based on complexity, method, and completion time for timely delivery.
• Ensuring proper welding techniques across flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steels with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficiency in various welding positions and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
