Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused manufacturing environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting precise customer specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, selecting appropriate welding methods, performing first-piece checks, maintaining production records, and organizing work for timely completion. Candidates should have 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience, proficiency in welding mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel, and the ability to weld on flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill positions. Strong attention to detail and efficiency are essential.
