Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer to serve as the technical lead responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft cloud solutions using Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Architect enterprise Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Design SharePoint Online environments and collaboration solutions.
• Configure identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop system integration strategies and cloud-based solutions.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Review solution designs and engineering deliverables.
• Support DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Support production deployments and operational sustainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud engineering experience.
• Minimum 7 years supporting Microsoft Azure.
• Minimum 5 years designing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with: Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong experience with enterprise solution architecture.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.
