About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer to lead the design, administration, and modernization of our Microsoft 365 and endpoint management environment. You'll drive initiatives around Microsoft 365 E5, Intune, SCCM, application deployment, automation, endpoint security, and cloud device management while partnering with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Microsoft 365 E5 platform
  • Administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments
  • Modernize endpoint management using cloud-first and co-managed solutions
  • Manage Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, compliance policies, and endpoint security
  • Packaging and deploying enterprise applications through Intune, SCCM, and Company Portal
  • Leading Windows patch management using Windows Update for Business, Autopatch, and SCCM
  • Automating administration and reporting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
  • Create technical documentation, standards, and operational best practices
  • Partnering with business and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft solutions
  • Providing Tier III engineering support and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Microsoft infrastructure or endpoint engineering experience
  • 5+ years with Microsoft 365 administration
  • 5+ years with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Intune experience
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, application packaging, endpoint compliance, and patch management
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Qualifications

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate preferred
  • Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Graph, Power BI, and ITIL environments preferred
