Description Of Services The Software Developer Level 3 will support and enhance the Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Purview, endpoint management, identity, and collaboration services. Required Skills/Experience CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 8 years — Required — Senior-level experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, or platform engineering, including administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of Microsoft technologies in complex environments. 5 years — Required — Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related collaboration technologies. 5 years — Required — Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), including identity and access management, authentication, conditional access, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls. 3 years — Required — Experience administering Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint security. 3 years — Required — Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 platform issues, identifying root causes, implementing resolutions, and maintaining platform reliability, security, and performance. 3 years — Required — Experience implementing and maintaining security, compliance, and governance controls across Microsoft 365 services, including access policies, data protection, and administrative controls. 3 years — Required — Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, configuration standards, and platform administration practices. 2 years — Required — Experience using PowerShell or other scripting and automation tools to administer Microsoft 365 services, streamline operational tasks, and improve platform efficiency.
