Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the Microsoft 365 platform daily
• Act as Tier 3 escalation for Microsoft 365 incidents
• Design and maintain secure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune administration
• Manage hybrid identity services and ensure secure access through various methods
• Monitor platform health, capacity, and performance while resolving issues
• Develop documentation, procedures, and governance standards for the platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 in medium to large enterprises
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune
• Strong experience with hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Entra ID
• Experience with Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On solutions
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and modern device management
• Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API experience
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
