Responsibilities
- Administer and improve the Microsoft 365 platform daily
- Act as Tier 3 escalation for Microsoft 365 incidents
- Design and maintain secure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune administration
- Manage hybrid identity services and ensure secure access through various methods
- Monitor platform health, capacity, and performance while resolving issues
- Develop documentation, procedures, and governance standards for the platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 in medium to large enterprises
- Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune
- Strong experience with hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience with Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On solutions
- Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and modern device management
- Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API experience
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
